摘  要：随着低碳经济的迅猛发展，人们对碳金融也有了进一步的认识与了解。尽管碳金融在一定程度上取得了一些进展，但是由于碳金融在国内的发展时间不长，仍然存在着参与主体狭窄、综合性人才缺乏、制度不完善、政策激励措施的不足等诸多问题。目前，和其他的商品交易市场相比，碳金融在全球的交易市场中拥有巨大的发展潜力。在这样的国际背景下，本文利用SWOT分析法对碳金融的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了分析。其中以碳金融的劣势为分析的重点，根据碳金融发展的不足分别从金融机构、国家、碳金融中介机构三个主体提出了应对的措施。即金融机构应积极参与国内的碳金融市场，国家应重点培养碳金融领域的综合性人才，碳金融中介机构要及时创新和完善服务体系，国家加大政策的鼓励与支持等措施来推动国内碳金融市场朝合理、健康的方向发展。 56544

 Abstract：With the rapid development of low-carbon economy, people have a further understanding on the carbon finance. Carbon finance has made some progress, but it still exist many problems involved in the narrow subject, imperfect system, insufficient comprehensive talents and policy incentives due to the short time . Currently, compared with other commodities trading market, carbon finance has tremendous potential  in the global market. This paper applies SWOT analysis to analyze advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of carbon finance. It focuses on disadvantages of carbon financial, and puts forward measures from financial institutions, the country, intermediaries according to disadvantages of carbon finance. Financial institutions should actively participate in the domestic market of carbon finance; the country should focus on cultivating comprehensive talents; intermediaries of carbon finance need to timely innovate and improve the service system. Besides, the country should issue more policy measures to boost domestic carbon financial market towards rational and healthy development.
