摘要:加快发展电子商务是应对全球化经济带来的挑战、把握机遇发展主动权、提高国际地位和竞争力的必然选择。对于中小型企业,电子商务对增加贸易机会、提高国际贸易效率、提高市场适应能力、优化企业组织管理结构发挥了不可估量的作用。2006年我国第三方中小企业已经达到总数的28%,中小企业电子商务外贸交易总额占达到总额的69.2%,中小企业的国际贸易地位不断上升,电子商务成为我国中小型企业对外贸易的重要手段。
虽然我国电子商务得到长足有劲的发展,交易量有明显增加,消费群体呈现快速增长态势、涉足领域不断拓展、电商模式创新日益活跃,这些和电子商务在国际贸易领域发挥的重要作用息息相关。然而在范围、程度和技术水平等方面与发达国家还有一定的差距,还存在着很多问题,如网络基础设施、安全身份认证、电子商务复合型人才严重匮乏等。其次,中小企业对国际市场环境及电子商务缺乏认识主要是由于经验不足,电子商务携手中小企业,企业面临新发展机遇的同时,更多的挑战也是需要去解决的。

In the scope, extent and technical level with the developed countries there is a gap, however, there are still many problems, such as network infrastructure, security authentication, e-commerce compound talents severe shortage. Second, SMEs lack of understanding of the international market environment and e-commerce is mainly due to lack of experience, e-commerce hand in small and medium-sized enterprises, enterprises are facing new opportunities for development at the same time, more challenges also need to be resolved.
