摘要从07年的次贷危机开始以后，国际社会对美元的信心出现下降，对储备货币的需求呈现多元化，币值较为坚挺的人民币走入了国际社会的视野，人民币国际化成为了大势所趋。为境外人民币资金提供良好的投资和流动渠道，加速建设人民币离岸市场，建设成以香港为中心，包含伦敦、新加坡等离岸市场在内的人民币离岸市场体系至关重要。发展的过程中要保证在离岸市场并重，打通资金流动双向通道，共同推进人民币国际化进程，推进资本项目的全面开放。同时也要注意金融风险的防范，警惕套利套汇的行为和国际热钱的冲击。完善的离岸市场体系是成功实现人民币国际化的根本保证，稳步推进我国金融管制政策的开放，不搞“大跃进”，这将是实现离岸市场发展和人民币国际化的必经之路。64248

Title   Research on RMB Off-shore Market                     

Abstract  With the financial crisis,the international scope of the Decline in confidence in the dollar,and the demand for reserve currency persification,internationalization of the RMB into order trend.For overseas RMB funds provide a good investment and the flow channels,accelerate the construction of a good offshore RMB market in Hong Kong into a center, including London,Singapore and other offshore markets offshore RMB market system.Development process and try to keep the offshore market,open up the flow of funds bidirectional channels,to jointly promote the internationalization of RMB and domestic capital account liberalization.Also note that the financial risk prevention,vigilance arbitrage arbitrage behavior and the impact of international hot money.Perfect market system is the successful implementation of offshore RMB internationalization fundamental guarantee progressive,open China’s financial regulatory policy,can not be great leap forward is to realize the internationalization of RMB offshore market and the development of the necessary means.
