摘要：中国与中东欧16国存在着很大的贸易潜力。无论是在日用品，机械、电子、电信、化工、印刷、农业、汽车、物流、食品还是新能源，水利电站等基础设施建设方面，都有极大的合作空间。国家高层领导人频频出访这一地区的国家，并签署了一系列自贸协议。因为这些国家处于陆上丝绸之路的重要节点，与传统西欧强国有所不同的是，中国与这些国家的双边贸易额依旧处于较低的水平，所以在一些领域存在很大合作潜能，这一地区很可能成为中国对外贸易的一个新的增长点。一带一路背景下，为了让中国资本走出去，释放国内的过剩产能，扩大中国的国际影响力解决地缘政治问题，为营造良好国际环境，中国需要与这一地区的国家保持良好的关系。而保持良好关系的关键就是有着稳定的贸易往来。经济基础决定上层建筑，唯有深入研究中国与中东欧国家贸易潜力，找出其中重点合作的方向，才能让中国在未来越来越激烈的国际竞争中立于不败之地。突破传统，迎接创新。所以本文决定研究这一背景下中国与中东欧贸易，是为了让中国过剩的产能和充裕的资本找到可以释放的出口，扩大贸易规模，以出口拉动内需，进口弥补不足。这一地区的贸易合作机会多，贸易发展潜力大。发展好这一地区的贸易有助于互利共赢，巩固传统友谊。70706
