摘 要：随着人类社会的不断发展，各种环境问题日益突出，特别是温室效应带来的气候变暖问题，给人类社会的发展带来了较大的负面影响。因此为了降低空气中温室气体的浓度，同时也提高资源、能源利用率，世界各国都开始在其经济发展中实行低碳经济。而随着全球经济贸易的日益紧密，各种国际贸易规则成为世界各国进行贸易时共同遵循的规则。国际贸易规则是世界贸易持续、有序、稳定发展的基础，因此全球范围内公认的一些重要理念、思想等都会对国际贸易规则产生较大的影响。不同形势下，国际贸易规则也是不同的，因此国际贸易规则也是与时俱进的。由于全球生态环境受到破环，低碳经济将成为经济发展的主流，这样对国际贸易会产生重大影响，本文就低碳经济对国际贸易的不同影响进行研究。本文首先对低碳经济以及国际贸易相关内容进行了分析；接着对低碳经济中相关国际贸易中的规则进行了分析，对规则影响因素分析重点进行了两方面分析：一是从全局角度进行了低碳经济对国际贸易规则的影响进行了详细分析，二是通过具体案例如多哈回合谈判、双边和区域贸易谈判等中的具体影响进行分析的，这样有助于提高低碳经济在国际贸易中的地位。最后在此基础上，提出了我国在低碳经济下面对变化多端的国际贸易规则应采取何种措施进行应对，以促进我国对外贸易，为我国国际贸易创造一个良好的环境。70961
