摘要在举行的全国两会上，中小企业融资难成为公众所密切关注的热点话题，供应链金融模式的引进，给我国处在融资困境中的中小企业带来了福音，但其本身风险的暴露也会带来不可避免的损失。对供应链金融模式下的风险控制点进行识别，选取17项指标构建了信用风险评价指标体系，利用深市中小板84家企业的相关数据进行主成分分析，提取出具有代表性的5个主成分进行Logistic模型的实证研究，结果表明，中小企业的盈利能力和成长潜力，交易对手的信用等级和营运能力以及包括物流企业在内的供应链整体情况对供应链金融信用风险的影响显著，并针对以上关键风控指标从供应链上各参与主体层面提出相应的风险控制措施。83146

Title  Supply Chain Finance and its Risk Management Research         

Abstract At the national two sessions held in 2016,Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs)financing difficult to become a hot topic in the public,the introduction of Supply Chain Finance model,brought the good news to our SMEs,but its own risk may lead to the inevitable loss。Identify the credit risk control points of the three basic modes of Supply Chain Finance,and select 17 indicators to build the credit risk evaluation index system,and based on the relevant data of 84 companies in the Shenzhen SME board market to do the principal component analysis and get five representative principal components to do Logistic model empirical analysis,the results show that the SMEs profitability and growth potential,counter-party's credit rating and operational capacity and overall situation of the supply chain have significant effects on the credit risk of supply chain finance,and in view of the above key risk control indicators,respectively from the each participation level put forward corresponding risk control measures。
