FDI对我国产业结构优化升级的影响研究
摘要：数十年来，我国利用外资取得了的重大成就，对我国产业结构调整具有重要影响，近年来，我国更成为世界第二大引用外资主体，因此如何利用外资推进我国产业结构优化升级具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文首先对FDI的来源去向的现状和和产业结构的五大要素进行了概述；其次，利用2006-2014年的面板数据，对FDI与产业结构的五大要素，即与产业结构本身、技术结构、产业布局、产业组织和产业链之间的关系进行了分析；再次，通过分析的结果，归纳总结出FDI对我国产业结构优化升级的影响；最后针对分析中发现利用FDI存在的问题和对产业结构调整的负面影响，提出相应的政策和建议，最终实现产业结构优化升级的合理化和高度化的目标。83601

Research on the Impact of FDI on the Optimization and Upgrading of Industrial Structure in China
Abstract:In decades, China's utilization of foreign investment has made great achievements, which made a difference on the adjustment of industrial structure in our country。In recent years, China become the second largest foreign investment user。Therefore, how to use foreign capital to promote China's industrial structure optimization and upgrading has important theoretical and practical significance。
Firstly on FDI source and destination of status and industrial structure of the five elements are outlined; secondly, while using 2006-2014 panel data, FDI and the five elements of industrial structure, namely with industrial structure, technical structure, industrial layout, the relationship between industrial organization and industry chain were analyzed; thirdly, through the analysis of the results, summarizes FDI for the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of China。 Finally, analysis a negative impact on the problems existing in the utilization of FDI and the adjustment of industrial structure, put forward the corresponding policies and proposals to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure ,made it reasonable and available。
