摘要在船舶中为了提高功率,很多船用柴油机都有安装增压器。但增压器在提高柴油机吸气系数的同时也会产生频率很高的的噪声。这些柴油机噪声的危害极大,不但会缩短柴油机自身以及其他系统元件的使用寿命,而且还会严重影响船上人员的身心健康。现如今进气噪声已成为柴油机的主要噪声源之一,甚至在一定程度上影响着柴油机的总噪声级。所以为了降低船用柴油机的进气噪声,需要在增压器前端安装进气消音器。86634
本课题主要是针对柴油机进气消音器,设计开发具有可视化界面的数据库软件。首先通过查阅资料了解各种消音器类型及其工作原理,收集相关柴油机进气消音器的产品参数。使用SQL Server软件建立数据库建表录入相关产品参数,利用Visual Basic软件设计可视化界面、编写代码并通过ADO控件导入SQL Server中的数据库最终生成数据库软件。
本课题所设计出的数据库软件主要是方便对消音器产品参数进行存储管理和对进气消音器相关性能参数进行模拟计算。对确定消音器的基本性能和对消音器数据进行筛选查询、设计选型等工作具有一定参考价值。

Abstract In order to improve the power in the ship, many marine diesel engines are equipped with a turbocharger。 However, when the air suction coefficient of the diesel engine is increased, the noise of the diesel engine is also very high。 The noise of the diesel engine is very harmful, it can not only shorten the service life of the diesel engine itself and other system components, but also seriously affect the physical and mental health of personnel on board。 Now the intake noise even can affect the total noise level of diesel engine in a certain extent, it has become one of the main noise sources of diesel engine。 Therefore, in order to reduce the intake of marine diesel engine noise, we need to install the intake muffler in front of the turbocharger。
This topic focuses on the intake muffler , design and develops database software with visual interface。 First, access to information about various types of muffler and its working principle and collect intaker silencer product parameters。 Using SQL Server to establish database and built form to input related product parameters。 Using Visual Basic to design visual interface。 Writing code and importing SQL Server database through ADO controls in resulting database software。
The database software designed is mainly to carry out storage management of muffler product parameters conveniently and simulate performance parameters。 It has a certain reference value for silencer to determine the basic performance and management, query and selection of data muffler design。
