摘    要：随着历史脚步的前进，我们步入了科技高速发展的二十一世纪，互联网技术得到了空前发展，极大地提高了人们工作的效率，改善了人们的工作生活，产业信息化管理已经成为提高企业生产与管理效率的首要选择。然而，在人事管理模块，国内的很多中小型企业依旧停留在手工作业阶段，存在着严重的效率问题，作业错误率较高，极大的影响了企业的前进脚步。为了解决上述中小型企业所面临的困难，本文设计了这个企业人事管理系统。用户可通过WEB端轻松管理企业的人事相关，减少传统作业带来的弊端，节约管理成本，提高运营效率。本文共分为概述、开发工具的选择、需求分析、概要设计、详细设计、系统测试共六个章节，详细介绍了本企业人事管理系统从分析设计到应用的过程。59034

Abstract：Along with the steps of the history, we have stepped into the rapid development of science and technology in twenty-first Century, the Internet technology has been an unprecedented development, which has greatly improved the efficiency of people's work, to improve people's work and life, industry information management has become the first choice of enterprises to improve production and management efficiency. However, in the personnel management module, many small and medium enterprises in China is still in the stage of manual operation, there is a serious problem of operation efficiency, high error rate, has a great impact on the enterprise steps forward. In order to solve the small and medium-sized enterprises are facing difficulties, this paper provides the enterprise personnel management system. The user can through the WEB terminal to easily manage enterprise personnel, reduce the defects of the traditional operation, reduce management costs, improve operational efficiency. This paper is pided into introduction, the choice of development tools, needs analysis, outline design, detailed design, system testing, a total of six chapters, introduces in detail the design from the analysis to the application of the process management system of the enterprise personnel.

1 绪论

企业人事管理系统（Enterprise Personnel Management System）是一个由员工和计算机通过Web网络的方式进行交互的应用系统,可以对信息进行收集，传输，存储，加工，使用的系统。人事信息管理涉及信息管理和计算机应用，是一门综合管理科学[1]。

1.1
