摘要随着叠合楼板在建筑领域的大量使用,以及人们对工程自动化的要求不断提高,混凝土布料机新的研究方法和技术不断涌现,为混凝土布料机的发展提供了新的机遇和动力。布料机作为一种适应于输送各种级配的混凝土和各类颗粒性物料的大型施工设备,正在越来越多的被广泛应用于大型建筑施工领域。但是,到目前为止,对其整个系统的设计研发、研发还处于未完全成熟阶段。
本文主要是关于叠合楼板流水线布料机的设计。首先,从布料机的基本组成和原理着手,结合布料机功能的设计要求,进行了布料机总体方案的设计。根据布料机机械系统的组成,各个部件的工作原理,对布料机的机械系统的重要部件进行了详细的设计,其中包括螺旋出料机构的设计、料斗的设计、行走机构的设计以及其它部件的设计,并完成了各个机构元件的选型和对重要的部件进行了强度校核。最后,根据布料机的工作过程对其控制系统进行了设计,在分析了各个控制模块的工作原理的基础上,按照功能要求具体设计了控制模块。84378

Abstract With the large-scale build-floor using in the field of building, as well as meet the need of the increasing demands of automation engineering,the new methods and technologies to concrete fabric are emerging,Which offers new opportunities and motivation to the development of concrete placing machine 。 Fabric machine as a large construction equipment that can adapte to transport all kinds of concrete and grad various types of particulate materials。It is more and more widely used in large field of construction。 However, to date, the entire system design and development, research and development are still in the not fully mature stage。
This article is about the laminated floor cloth line machine design。 First, the basic principles of composition and fabric machine to proceed, combined with the design requirements of the machine function fabric, fabric machine has been designed overall program。 Then, according to the principle of each member of the fabric machine, the mechanical systems for the fabric machine were specific structural design, including the feed screw mechanism design, hopper design, design of running gear and other parts of the design。 Then, complete the various elements of the selection mechanism and the necessary parts of the strength check。 Finally, draw the corresponding system block diagram and flowchart of the operation, we analyze the working principle of each module and function in accordance with the requirements of the appropriate selection of the control module。
