摘要混凝土在浇筑之后需要进行养护才能得到满意的强度要求,传统的露天自然养护虽然可以得到拥有不错强度的混凝土,但是效率低,耗时耗力,不适用于混凝土预制板生产线。本文重点介绍一种名为立体养护窑的机械设备,该设备的窑体用型钢搭建而成,可以直接在工厂内搭建,采用的养护方式是蒸汽养护,通过向封闭的窑体内输入常压100℃饱和水蒸气的方式使窑体内部的温度和湿度迅速的达到水化作用的最佳条件。养护过程中不需要工人对混凝土进行看管,各个过程都有对应的机械部分完成。83317
本文根据混凝土养护的实际工况对立体养护窑提出合理的总体方案。通过solidworks对各组件进行三维建模,同时运用AnsysWorkbench进行有限元模拟,根据应力应变图进行客观分析并对关键部分计算校核。
在养护过程中蒸汽的输入量也是设计立体养护窑需要重点考虑的,本文根据实际工况和热力学的相关知识对蒸汽系统的管件进行严谨的尺寸计算,最后选取合适的管件型号。
立体养护窑的窑门不具备提升驱动装置,需要专门设计与其相互配合的开门装置。虽然开门装置不属于立体养护窑的一部分,但是立体养护窑要想完整的工作,开门装置是必不可少的。所以本文将会单独对其工作原理进行介绍,并对其中关键组件进行设计计算,使其满足实际要求。

Abstract Concrete in after pouring the need to conserve the obtained satisfactory strength requirements, traditional open-air natural curing although can have good strength of concrete, but the efficiency is low, time-consuming, does not apply in precast concrete panel production line。This paper focuses on a kind of mechanical equipment, which is called three-dimensional curing kiln。The kiln body of the equipment is made of steel, which can be directly set up in the factory。The curing mode of three-dimensional curing kiln is steam curing,through the steam pipe to the closed kiln body input the saturated steam at atmospheric pressure of 100 degrees Celsius, which make the temperature and humidity in the kiln body can quickly reach the optimum conditions of hydration。 The curing kiln does not require specialized workers to take care of the concrete, each process has a corresponding mechanical parts to complete。
According to the actual conditions of concrete curing, the paper puts forward a reasonable overall plan for the three-dimensional curing kiln。The three-dimensional model of the three-dimensional curing kiln is modeled by SolidWorks。At the same time using the AnsysWorkbench finite element simulation, according to the stress and strain diagram of the objective analysis and calculation of the key parts of the check。
