摘要在当今住宅产业化潮流下,混凝土预制构件(即PC构件)的更为高效的生产已成为必然发展趋势。本文就是在以PC构件的大型自动化生产线研制项目的大背景下,针对了在传统生产线和固有模式下PC构件的低生产率,低下的自动化生产率,高额的劳动成本,高能耗以及环境污染,材料、社会资源的严重浪费的缺点,对PC构件生产线中的自动化堆垛机(机械部分)进行了研究和设计。84380
首先是根据生产线的物流运行系统完成总体方案的确定,包括堆垛机的机架,起升机构,行走机构,托架及关键的进出机构。然后是结合我国住宅业发展的情况和企业生产的实际需要,尤其需要考虑到要对厂房空间最大程度上的利用,将堆垛机设计为两个方向都可以连接自动化立体养护窑的结构。同时运用软件ANSYS进行总体框架和重要承载部件的有限元分析。最后优化结构,使其满足设计要求。

Abstract Under the trend of today’s housing industrialization ,the more effective production of Prefabricated concrete member(PC member) will be an inevitable trend of development。Based on the great PC member auomatic production line development project cooperated with an enterprise as the background。In view of the low productivity as the inherent mod of PC component in traditional production line,low productivity level of automatic production ,high-cost of human resource,high energy consumption and environmental pollution,other shortcomings like the waste of materials and social resources,the PC component in grat automatic production line of stacker was researched and designed。
First of all,it’s necessary to complete the general arrangement based on the automatic logistics operation system of the production line,including the design of the main mechanical structure of the stacker and its components,like frame,lifting mechanism,walking mechanism,bracket and in-out institution。After that,we need to consider the development of housing industrialization,especially the enterprise production’s actual requriement of maximum use of factory’s designed space,which means we have to make sure that the design of stacker can connect to both side of automated maintenance equipment。At the same time, use the software ANSYS finish the finite element analysis of the overall framwork and important bearing components。Finally,it’s important to improve stacker’s structure and ensure that it can satisfy the design requirements。
