摘要砂带机是针对工件表面进行加工的一类机器,主要用于磨削金属、陶瓷、玻璃等。它是利用砂带上的磨粒对金属工件进行磨削,改变其表面粗糙度。其适应性强,能提高工件的尺寸精度,降低工件的表面粗糙度,在金属磨削加工行业应用广泛。 84447
本设计内容为平面磨削台式砂带机设计,包括砂带机的结构布局设计、工作装置设计和变速传动系统设计等。其中传动系统设计了三级变速,可以让砂带以3、4、5m/s的速度转动,用来磨削不同种类的工件。通过校核主动辊轴和轴承的强度,保证主动辊转动所需的强度,通过校核砂带的疲劳强度,保证砂带不打滑的情况下,具有一定的疲劳强度和寿命。另外,通过电动机、工作装置、传动装置和支承装置布局设计,保证低重心和结构的合理性。本设计对平面磨削砂带机的设计与开发有一定指导和借鉴意义。
