摘要目前,许多纺织品生产企业对于瑕疵点的检测还停留在通过人眼来识别布匹瑕疵 点。这种验布机是通过模拟信号来操作的,需要工人一刻不停的站在机器前进行操作, 并用眼睛去找布匹的瑕疵点,这会造成人员的视觉疲劳,如果不进行休息则会伤害眼 睛,所以这种验布机不仅对工人身体不好,而且工作效率不高。84942
为了解决上述问题,本文提出通过数字技术来解决图像识别。在计算机界面就可 以操作验布机,使用图像采集器进行扫描布匹,然后对图像进行处理识别,分类瑕疵 类型。首先对系统的整体架构进行讨论,针对布匹瑕疵检测的特点进行总体结构和模 块方案的设计。然后通过以 PLC 为核心处理器,结合电气控制技术构建系统,通过软 件编程和软硬件组态技术实现自动验布机的现代化监控与管理。开发出性能优良的 PLC 控制系统;控制系统包括调速系统、照明系统和报警系统。最后通过组态王对控 制系统进行界面设计。
本文从总体上对验布机的运动控制系统进行了设计,并详细分析了系统的工作流 程和算法,为后期的系统机器视觉研究设计奠定基础。

Abstract At present, many textile production enterprises for flaw detection is still in through the eyes of people to identify the fabric defects。 The cloth inspecting machine is operated by the analog signal, the workers need a moment not stop standing in the front of the machine, and with eyes looking for fabric defects, which will cause visual fatigue, if not rest will damage the eyes, so this cloth machine not only for workers in poor health, and work efficiency is not high。
In order to solve the above problems, this paper puts forward defect classification types by digital technology to solve image recognition。 In a computer interface can be operating cloth inspection machine, using an image collector to scan, cloth and the image were processing and recognition。Firstly, the overall framework of the system are discussed, design the overall structure and module scheme according to the characteristics of the fabric defect detection。And then through the PLC as the core processor, combined with electrical control technology to build system, through the software programming and hardware and software configuration technology to realize automatic inspection of the modern cloth machine monitoring and management。 Developed a PLC control system for the excellent performance; control system comprises a control system, lighting system and alarm system。Finally, through the Kingview6。55 interface design of the control system。
In general, the paper designs the motion control system of the cloth inspection machine, and analyzes the working process and algorithm of the system in detail, which lays the foundation for the research and design of the system machine vision。
