摘要花生脱粒机主要就是将收获的花生初加工,对其进行去壳处理,从而得到可以食用或者继续精加工的花生仁。将经过适当湿润的花生从进料口投入,经过碰撞和挤压使花生壳破裂。通过风机筛选装置从而使壳仁初步分离,再经过简易惯性筛筛选得到颗粒完好的花生仁。花生脱粒机的使用,大大的解放了劳动力。86271
主要设计内容有机架结构,根据所需功率对电机的选型,对轴的选择及校核,还有传动V带的计算。主要方法是观察市场已有产品的结构,然后查阅资料并上网搜索来完成花生脱粒机的设计。我觉得现有的花生脱粒机只对花生进行初步加工,所得花生仁有一定破碎率。因此,在原产品的基础上增加了筛子,使得到的花生仁破碎率下降。该花生脱粒机运行平稳噪音小,结构紧凑便于运输,所用材料普通成本低,安装维修快捷方便。它适用于家庭使用,亦适用于小型食品加工工厂。此设计的市场前景还是有的,尤其适合大规模的花生种植区。
