摘要:为上海世博会湖北省展馆设计十一套单、复式展台的传动机构及数控装置。现要求运用计算机辅助设计的方法设计世博展台机械结构及传动机构,运用数控技术对展台传动机构的可变顺序进行数控系统的设计,并参与装配和调试。
世博展台传动机构要求能完成一台下降,展台架平移,另一台上升的成套动作;十一套展台的动作顺序可变。展台架平移距离1300mm,时间6 s;展台升降距离300mm,时间3 s。
每一展台布展内容重20 kg,占300mm高度;展台总高度900mm.要求控制系统中不要采用限位传感器,对伺服电机进行位置和速度控制,升降机构采用剪叉式升降台形式。
