摘要:目前灵便型散货船正作为世界干散货运输船市场中的不可忽视的一部分。由于其吃水较浅,并且一般都具有抓斗装卸货物,具有承运货种较为丰富,经营也更为灵活等特点,因此在航运市场低迷的情况下表现出了较强的抵御风险的能力,是船舶市场发展的重要船型。此外,船舶的系泊与锚泊舾装是船舶甲板舾装的重要内容,事关船舶停泊安全同时也事关船舶对港口的适应性。
正是基于以上背景,本文将依据相关规范主要针对五万吨级灵便型散货船锚泊与系泊设备进行设计,内容主要包括了对设计背景的介绍、探讨国内外的研究现状以及收集船体资料,根据收集的船体资料绘出船体总布置图。再根据船体的相关尺度计算该船的舾装数。在舾装数的基础上依据相关规范对锚泊与系泊设备进行选型,同时对锚链进行设计。在选型设备工作结束后,对所用的设备进行布置讨论优化,同时根据所计算的系泊力来验证配缆的根数和性能是否满足实际要求,最后利用CAD绘出该船的锚泊布置图、锚链设计图、锚图、系泊布置图及总布置图。希冀这篇文章对今后的实践工程设计具有参考意义。

In addition, the ship anchoring and mooring outfitting is an important part of the ship deck outfitting, which concerns the safety of the ship's berth and the suitability of the ship to the port.
It is based on the above background, this paper will be based on the relevant norms mainly for 50,000 tons of handy bulk carrier anchoring and mooring equipment design, including the contents of the design background, to explore the status of research at home and abroad and the collection of hull data , According to the collection of hull data to draw the hull layout. And then calculate the number of outfitting of the ship according to the relevant scale of the hull. On the basis of the number of outfitting, the mooring and mooring equipment are selected according to the relevant specifications. At the same time, the anchor chain is designed. After the work of the selection equipment is finished, the equipment used is optimized and discussed. The number of cables and the performance of the cable to meet the actual requirements, and finally use the CAD to export the ship's anchor layout, anchor chain design, anchor map, mooring layout and the total layout.
