摘要:旋转挤压工艺是一种新型的大塑形变形工艺,能够解决传统挤压工艺有害摩擦 做功而带来的能量损失的问题。采用实验的方法对旋转挤压工艺进行研究花费的成 本过高,故本文采用有限元软件模拟的方法研究旋转挤压工艺。
本文采用有限元软件 Deform-3D 模拟棒材旋转挤压工艺,分析旋转挤压后材料 变形区两点间的等效应变、载荷的变化;同时模拟了不同工艺参数对棒材旋转挤压 工艺的影响,此外还模拟了特殊锥面结构挤压模的旋转挤压过程和棒材常规正挤压 过程。模拟结果表明,随着变形的不断进行,变形区等效应变值不断增大,棒材一 道次旋转挤压后得到较高的等效应变;增大挤压模与毛坯间的摩擦因子、增大挤压 模锥角、增大挤压比、增大挤压模转速,棒材一道次旋转挤压后等效应变值都会变 大;与棒材正挤压工艺相比,完成一道次旋转挤压工艺得到的棒材的等效应变值更 高;与圆锥面结构挤压模相比,采用特殊锥面结构的挤压模完成一道次旋转挤压工 艺,得到的等效应变值更大。
以上的模拟结果,能对实际工艺加工过程方案设计提供参考意义,减少实际旋 转挤压加工调试过程所需的时间和费用。

Abstract:Rotational extrusion process is a new type of large plastic deformation process, can solve the traditional extrusion process harmful friction work and energy loss caused by the problem. In this paper, the finite element software is used to study the rotary extrusion process by using the experimental method to study the cost of the rotary extrusion process.
In this paper, the finite element software Deform-3D is used to simulate the bar extrusion process to analyze the equivalent strain and load change between the two parts of the deformation zone after the rotary extrusion. At the same time, the effects of different process parameters on the rod extrusion process , In addition to the simulation of the special cone structure of the extrusion die extrusion process and bar regular extrusion process. The simulation results show that the equivalent strain value of the deformation zone increases with the deformation, and the equivalent strain is obtained after the rotation of the rod. After the rotation of the bar, the friction coefficient between the extrusion die and the blank is increased. Large extrusion die cone angle, increase the extrusion ratio, increase the extrusion die speed, bar a rotary extrusion after the equivalent strain value will become larger; and bar extrusion process is compared to complete a rotation The equivalent strain value of the bar obtained by the extrusion process is higher. The above simulation results can provide reference value for the design of the actual process and reduce the time and cost of the actual rotary extrusion process.
