摘要:表面施胶的目的通常是阻止液体渗透,让纸张获得较好的表面性能及改进纸页的物理性能,是改善原纸性能的最高效手段。通过表面施胶机将乳化的胶液连续、均匀、稳定地涂敷在成纸表面,经过浸润、渗透、挤压等一系列的物理作用,在成纸的表面形成一层极薄的防水层,大幅度提高纸张的吸水性,同时在胶液的作用下提高纤文之间的结合强度和纸张的紧度,从而提高纸张的横向环压指数、纵向裂断长等技术指标。36396
