摘要:在机械加工和机电产品的制造过程中,经常需要对一些具有较大尺寸和较复杂表面形状的零部件进行外观质量检测或在线监测,例如印制电路板的布线和通孔分布等。本次课题主要是设计利用基于视觉技术的自动光学检测方法对具有复杂结构的平面物体进行二文形状尺寸检测的检测装置。该装置采用CMOS数字图像处理技术,实时采集被测零件的外形尺寸图像,通过特定的算法在计算机上完成对零件几何尺寸的测量;通过采用工业控制计算机,实现对零件的输送和检测装置的移动检测按一定顺序有序的进行控制。该装置可以实现实时的连续自动检测,显著提高检测效率,检测分辨率可达1µm。

Two-dimensional size inspection system design for planar objects
Abstract:In the process of machining and mechanical and electrical products manufacturing, some parts with larger size and more complex surface shape often need to have appearance quality detection or on-line monitoring, such as printed circuit board wiring and hole distribution. The main task is to design an detection device for detecting two-dimensional size of planar objects with complicated structure, and it use automatical optical inspection method based on vision technology. This device adopts CMOS digital image processing technology , and acquire the work piece's size image in real-time. The geometric size of component can be measured in computer by using special method; Based on adopting IPC, realize orderly controlling of component transmission and detection device's moving and inspection in a certain order. This device can realize real-time continuous detect automatically and obviously increase the detection efficiency, and its resolution rate reaches up to 1µm.
