摘要:在现代人快节奏生活中,微波炉已成为便捷生活的一部分。随着模具成型技术的发展,微波炉外形、按钮、内部零件也能更为快捷的生产制造。我们的日常生活中经常接触按钮,按钮的用处很广泛,不管是机械、家用,特别是一些娱乐工作用的非常的多。它的用途主要就是控制电流的接通和断开,它的外表很简单但它的作用却很大,它直接关系着工作能否顺利进行。目前市场上的按钮模具也非常多,设计的很有创意也非常实用。此套模具设计的着重点主要是简单实用,满足市场需求的经济型模具。
本次毕业设计针对开门按键实物,设计出其模具各部件零件,并建立各个模具零部件装配图,并最终在UG软件中装配为一整体。利用UG三文建模工具建立各个零部件的实体及其装配图,实现实物产品的数字化建模与装配。利用UG 的模具创建模块创建面板的模具,再利用 UG 的基本特征的创建方法,如利用拉伸、旋转、扫描、倒圆角等创建出面板模具的各个实体结构,如:型芯,型腔,分型面,型腔布局等 。利用 UG 的见面的基本特征造型创建内部的部件,如定位部件、螺孔、安装按键的孔洞、冷却水道等。在根据创建的型芯型腔调出标准模架。最终调入UG 的各个标准件,如流道套,模柄等。创建好基本的装配体后,在根据设计将装配体导入工程图当中,完成模具的装配过程。最终完成模具的装配图出图和零件图出图。7101
