摘要溢流阀是通过阀口的溢流使被控制系统或回路的压力维持恒定, 实现稳压、调压或限压作用,溢流阀的性能好坏, 直接影响到系统的正常工作, 有关溢流阀的静态特性的分析材料较多, 本文就溢流阀的动态特性进行分析。49056

本文首先从理论上介绍了溢流阀的定义、工作原理、结构、发展趋势。接着对溢流阀的电气原理控制方面进行分析设计。由于实验条件的限制,需搭建普通实验环境来模拟测试。接着在C++ Builder开发环境中,基于C++语言进行程序设计,包括对程序界面进行设计并对界面上各组件的事件函数进行输入与编译,确保该界面能正确形象地反映出溢流阀在加载过程中压力的变化。然后对整个软件系统进行调试,确保软件编译后各控件的功能基本正常。接着将硬件跟软件相连,开始对整个系统进行调试,确保能实现基本的功能。最后对全文工作进行总结,并对下一步工作进行展望。

借助面向工程设计的高级建模和仿真软件AMESim,以直动式溢流阀为研究对象,结合溢流阀工作原理建立系统仿真模型,对溢流阀动态特性进行研究分析。对不同参数值下的溢流阀进口压力、阀芯位移动态仿真曲线进行比较与分析后,总结出影响溢流阀动态性能的参数变量,为溢流阀的研究设计和性能优化提供参考依据。

Abstract

The relief valve is to maintain a constant pressure control system or loop through the overflow valve port,Realization of the regulator, the regulator or pressure limiting role,Relief valve performance will directly affect the normal operation of the system,Analytical material on the static characteristics of the relief valve are more,This design is about The dynamic characteristics of the relief valve.

First of all, the paper theoretically introduces four aspects of the Relief Valve including definition, operation principle, structure and development tendency. Secondly, the paper focuses on analyzing and designing the electric principles and controls of the indicator. It is necessary to build an ordinary experimental environment, for various limitations of the experimental conditions. Thirdly, In the development environment of C++ Builder, the paper using C++ language to design programs such as designing the programming interface and inputting and compiling event functions of every component on the interface in order to make sure the interface can correctly vividly reflect the Relief valve pressure variation during the loading. Fourthly, it debugs the whole software system to ensure the function of each control works well after compilation. Then connecting hardware with software, the paper begin to debug the whole system to guarantee the realization of the basic function. The last part makes a conclusion and .prospects the next job.

Based on the advanced modeling and simulation software AMESim ,this paper establishes the system model of relief valve,gained the dynamic characteristic curve through computer simulation.Then changed the model parameter values,and compared the curves of inlet pressure and valve displacement under different parameter values.Summarize the parameters which affect the dynamic characteristic of relief valve.The result is helpful for optimizing the relief valve in design and research.
