摘要卧式螺旋卸料过滤离心机(以下简称卧螺过滤离心机)是一种固液分离设备,被 广泛应用于食品、化工、化纤、制药、冶矿、轻工业等行业的悬浮固液的分离脱水。 液压系统是离心机的重要组成部分,这种卧式螺旋卸料过滤离心机液压系统,包括(1)转鼓液压系统、(2)螺旋液压系统、(3)液压冷却系统和(4)液压油箱。本 课题研究的主要内容是使卧式螺旋卸料过滤离心机液压系统的性能得到提高,在原 有液压系统的基础上进行优化改造。84077
本课题介绍了卧式螺旋卸料离心机的工作原理和各元件的作用,分析了改造液 压系统的理论方法,然后优化该过滤离心机的液压系统,并且附上了优化后的液压 原理图。再利用 AMESim 软件对优化前后的液压系统进行仿真运算,对优化前后 执行元件的性能,即转鼓马达和螺旋马达的流量与转速、柱塞缸的位移进行对比和 分析,仿真结果表明,优化后,当负载改变时,变量泵的反应更加灵敏,整个液压 系统的效率也得到提高。优化后的液压系统设计合理,结构紧凑、严谨。

Abstract A horizontal spiral discharge filtering centrifuge is a solid-liquid separation equipment which is to use the principle of filtering to separate suspension。 It is widely used in chemical, food, chemical fiber, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, light industry and other industries for suspension and solid-liquid separation and dehydration。 Hydraulic system is an important part of the centrifuge。 The hydraulic system of the horizontal spiral unloading filtering centrifugal machine includes (1) drum hydraulic system, (2) spiral hydraulic system, (3) the hydraulic cooling system and (4) hydraulic tank。 The main content of this research is to improve the performance of the hydraulic system of the horizontal screw discharging and filtering centrifuge。 Optimize the transformation on the basis of the original hydraulic system。
This paper introduces the working principle and the function of each component of the horizontal screw centrifuge。 The theoretical method of reforming hydraulic system is analyzed。 Then optimize the hydraulic system of the filter, and attache the optimized hydraulic principle diagram。Then use a software called AMESim to simulate hydraulic system before and after optimization。 Compare and analyze the performance of the components before and after optimization, including the flow and speed of the drum motor and screw motor and the displacement of plunger cylinder。 The simulation results show that, when the load is changed, the variable pump's response is more sensitive after optimization。 The efficiency of the whole hydraulic system is also improved。 The optimized hydraulic system is reasonable in design, compact in structure and strict in structure。
