摘要闸阀具有在管道中所受流体阻力小,启闭力矩较小,并且流体流向不受限制等特点,所以在各种类型的阀门中应用最为广泛。平行双闸板闸阀作为平板闸阀中一种重要的结构形式,普遍应用于水,石油、天然气及成品油输送管线等各种工业管道中。本次设计的撑开式平板闸阀是其中较为常见的一种,目前市场上应用广泛。82774

本文主要利用中望CAD以及UG NX软件对下顶式平行双闸板闸阀进行方案设计、模型的建立、三维装配以及爆炸图的制作,利用ANSYS软件内的Workbench模块进行闸板的有限元分析,经过划分网格、添加约束、计算求解等一系列过程后,得出结果云图。根据结果云图分析闸板强度以及实用性,利用形变和比压结果分析出闸板的优化调整策略,并对优化之后的闸板模型进行分析验证,合格后得出闸板的最终方案。

Abstract Gate valve has advantages as a small fluid resistance , open-close torque and unlimited flow direction, so that was the most widely used among various types of valves。Parallel double-disc gate valve , an important structure form of flat gate valve , was widely used in various kinds of industrial piping , such as water, oil, natural gas and oil conveying pipeline, etc。 Compact expanding  gate valve designed has a common type among those valves , which is popular on the market at present。

In this paper, the CAD and UG NX software were used to design the scheme , build the model , assemble the model and manufacture the explosion diagram of Parallel Double-disc Gate Valve。 The Workbench module within the ANSYS software was used to conduct the finite element analysis of disc。 After a series of process, such as piding the grid , adding constraints, solving the solution, the cloud chart of the results were achieved finally。Analysis According to the results of the cloud picture, the practicability and the intensity of the disc were analyzed。 The optimization adjustment strategy of the disc were achieved by analyzing the result of deformation and pressure results ,then the analysis to verify the scheme was implemented on the model after optimization。 Finally, the final scheme was achieved after the optimization was qualified。
