摘要本文详细介绍了完成80500DWT液散货船货舱底部B17P/S分段船体生产设计的过程。这次设计的内容主要包括了以下几个方面：B17P/S分段建造方案的确定；分段结构图和拼板图的绘制；B17P/S分段结构零件编码的编制和零件明细表的绘制；吊马数量及安装位置的确定和吊马图的绘制；分段涂装方案的选择和涂装要领的编制。58909

同时，由于是生产设计，造船精度管理对质量影响尤为重要，因此着重介绍了一下造船精度管理的意义，延伸了一下全站仪在当中所起的作用，对全站仪的发展做了设想。

Abstract This article describes the process of 80500DWT CABU CARRIER cargo hold bottom B17P/S subsection hull production design in detail. The contents of design mainly include these aspects: determination of the construction of B17P/S subsection programs; drawing puzzle map and structure chart; draw coded hull structural parts and parts list preparation; designing the number and the position of hanging horse and drawing the hung horse map; choosing the essentials of block painting and coating preparation program.

At the same time, due to shipbuilding precision management is very important for ship quality in production design, so seriously introduce the meaning of shipbuilding precision management, extend the total station and make a assumption for the development of the total station.
