摘要造船工程具有作业面广、工作量大、工种多、安装复杂、设计和制造周期长等特点,需要有一个完善的体系来统筹兼顾。生产设计是船舶设计中至关重要的一部分, 是生产实际与设计文件相结合的一步。优秀的生产设计,可以减小生产工作的困难,有效避免重复工作,缩短建造周期,节省生产成本,从而带来可观的利润。本文以液散货船及船舶生产设计的现状与发展为基础, 结合实际生产和加工能力、生产流程,在详细设计的基础上对 80500DWT 液散货船底部 B14P/S分段进行生产设计。由基本结构图、分段划分图、总布置图、中横剖面图和建造方针等给出施工要领,并绘制分段结构图、拼板图和零件明细表,设置吊环吊马,计算分段重量重心及绘制分段吊环安装图, 同时对液散货船的结构特点及未来趋势作了一些讨论。59518

Abstract The project of shipbuilding has the characteristic of a wide range of operations, heavyworkload, and much type of work, complex installation, and a long period of design and so on.It needs a perfect system to make overall plans and take all factors into consideration.Production design is an essential part of ship design. It’s document step to combineactual production with paper design. Outstanding production design can not only reduceproduction difficulties, avoid duplication effectively, save construction time, but also can savethe cost of production, which takes bulk of profits.This article is about production design that based on the current situation anddevelopment of liquid bulk carrier and ship production design combined with the productionability of the shipyard, in line with the production flow, a viable production design isgenerated for the B14P/S subsection of 80500DWT liquid bulk carrier bottom section fromthe detailed design. In this design, basic constructions plan of the ship , subsection pisionplan of the ship, general arrangement plan of the ship, the mid-transverse section plan of theship and guideline of the building are given, and then the construction essentials is decided,then are drawing subsection charts and makeup chart. The crane of the integration also isdesigned after the weight of the subsection and the gravity point is calculated and diagram ofthe detailed accessories is given. It also includes some discussion of the construction and thefuture development of the liquid bulk carrier.
