摘要自2008年以来，船舶市场走向低谷，如今正面临严重的产能过剩，各方船企之间的竞争越来越激烈。如何才能在这轮船企兼并重组的过程之中生存下来并发展壮大是每一个船人应该思考的难题。因而，生产设计作为造船过程之中一个尤为关键的环节，应当值得我们去研究去改进，怎样将船舶生产设计做得更好，让我们的造船过程更加安全、更加有效率、更加先进。

80500DWT液散货船底边舱H26PS分段生产设计是本文研究的主要课题。按照任务书中所给的要求并结合所提供的船厂生产能力信息，进行所给分段的生产设计研究工作。同时，本文在第一部分介绍了液散货船的发展形势以及生产设计的研究现状。在第二部分介绍了几种典型的船舶建造方法以及本船的建造法选定。第三部分着重介绍了H26PS分段生产设计的整个过程，包括结构图、拼板图、吊马图以及涂装等内容。62279

Abstract Since 2008, the ship market get into the trough, and now is facing a serious excess capacity, the competition between the shipping enterprises become more intense. The question of how to survive in the process of the merger and reorganization of the ship enterprises and how to develop should be worth of thinking. As a result, design and production of shipbuilding process, a crucial link shall, is worthy of our research to improve, how to do a better job of ship production design and how to make our shipbuilding process more secure, more efficient and more advanced.

The bottom side tank H26PS 80500DWT liquid bulk carrier production design is the main subject of this paper. In accordance with the requirements of the task book and combined with the information provided by the shipyard production capacity, to carry out the research work to the production design. At the same time, this paper introduces the development situation of liquid bulk cargo ship and the research status of production and design. In the second part, this paper introduces several typical ship construction methods and the construction method of this ship. The third part focuses on the piecewise H26PS design and production of the whole process, including the structure map, splicing board, hanging mattoo and painting and other content.
