摘要膝关节是人体中最大、亦可能是最复杂的关节,它可以传递负荷、参与运动、辅助动量守恒,并能为腿部活动提供力偶,对人体活动起着关键性作用。研究表明,在膝关节受损伤后的康复过程中,佩戴膝关节支撑工具是一个卓有成效的物理疗法。本课题利用SolidWorks设计平台对中心铰链如何有效限制膝关节在矢状面内的运动范围作了详细的结构设计,并运用SolidWorks Simulation对关键零件进行了可靠性分析。采用曲面造型技术完成了护具的参数化三维造型。最后,运用了3D打印技术完成大部分零件的加工制造和装配。通过试穿戴实现了本课题的预期目标。69371

Title Design and Manufacture of a Rehabilitative Knee Brace
Abstract
The knee is the largest and probably also the most complex joints in human body. It can transfer the load, participate in motions, assist with conservation of momentum, and provide couple for leg activities. It plays a key role in human activities. Researches show that, in the rehabilitation process after the injured knee, wearing a knee brace is a highly effective physical therapy. SolidWorks design platform was used in this paper for central hinge on how to effectively limit the range of motion of the knee on the sagittal plane to make a detailed structural design, and SolidWorks Simulation was used to analyze the reliability of key parts. Surface modeling technology was used to complete the parametric three-dimensional modeling of the brace. Finally, 3D printing technology was used to complete the manufacture of most parts and assembly. The goal of this project has been achieved by putting on the knee brace.
