本篇文章主要是对固定板注塑模具做出了一套合理的设计流程针，其中包括产品工艺分析，浇注系统的设计，分流道主流道的设计以及冷却系统和其他零部件的设计等等，设计了一整套的方案，并做出了零件图和装配图。

Abstract Plastic industry in today's society, the continuous development of our daily

lives have had a greater impact。 The demand for high precision, high quality plastic products is increasing。 With the fierce competition in the market, the cause of the mold has been urging us to move forward and continue to develop。 Whether it can become a big enterprise in the world, it is also an opportunity for us is a challenge。 Mold system is a set of mechanical design, computer design and numerical control technology as one of the disciplines。 Is also an important indicator of the existing industrial level in various countries。

This article mainly make a rational design process, the needle on the fixed plate injection mold, including product and process analysis, design of gating system, shunt tract sprue design and cooling system and other parts of the design and so on, designed a set of scheme, andmakes the part drawings and assembly drawings。
