摘要大口径枪弹具有远射程、大威力、高精度和多元化的特点,是打击现代战场高价值目标的有效手段。大口径弹道器材是大口径枪弹研究所必须的试验器材。本文首先在充分调研的基础上确定大口径弹道器材的技术指标,并提出了总体方案;其次,建立了该弹道器材内弹道分析计算模型,通过编程计算,获得了膛内最大膛压和弹丸膛口速度等重要内弹道诸元;然后为优化内弹道性能,分析计算了装药量、弹丸质量、药室容积和弹丸在膛内行程对内弹道性能的影响规律,最终确定了内膛构造诸元及装填条件;最后进行了大口径弹道器材零部件结构设计及强度分析计算,完成了大口径弹道器材的设计工作。76667

Title The design of ballistic equipment for a Large-caliber bullet
Abstract The large-caliber bullet with the characteristics of high range,,high powerful,high precision and persified is the effective way to fight high value targets。Large-caliber missile equipment is necessary equipment for large-caliber bullet experiment。This paper designs a kind of large-caliber missile equipment。 Under the condition, which given the designated ammunition record index, the paper discusses how to design the internal trajectory; ensure the firing parameter and the elements of ballistic equipment’s inner bore structure are logical。 Also, it can provide the experimental equipment for the study of large-caliber missile。 Firstly,on the basis of sufficient investigation, it determines the tactics and technical indicators, presents the overall scheme and completes the design work of structure。 Secondly, it establishes the internal ballistic calculation model of this kind of ballistic equipment。 By compiling program and calculation, we can get the interior ballistic parameter of maximum bore pressure, projectile muzzle speed and other important data。 Thirdly, it optimizes the internal ballistic performance; calculates the charge quantity, projectile mass and chamber volume and analyzes the influence of interior ballistics trajectory caused by the bore stroke; then confirms the final parameter。 Finally, the paper design the part structure and then analyzes and calculates the part strength。
