本文将以客船为例,在限定条件(船型,环境载荷,设置布置要求等)下研 究甲板室板材厚度设计,包括甲板室的舱室布置和骨架布置、甲板、舱壁和肘板 的选取与规格计算,以及焊接方式的选和焊接接头的规格计算,同时以某客船为 案例在实际情况下进行计算板材厚度设计、选取焊接方式、计算焊喉,并与船级 社对于甲板室设计的规范进行计算比对,最后总结出船体甲板室板材厚度设计和 焊接接头的生产设计的要点和规范要求。

Abstract It is very important that the plate thickness of deck house design and welding joint production design ensures the strength of hull structure and bulkhead arrangement is reasonable。 The deck house material selection and welding specification should conform to the specifications and the actual requirements, and it ensures the safety of navigation of the ship。
The passenger ship as an example and the deck house plate thickness design in the limited conditions (ship, environmental load, set layout requirements) , including the cabin arrangement and skeleton layout as well as the selection and calculation of the
deck,bulkhead and elbow, and the selection of welding methods and calculation of
the specification of the welded joint would be studied。 At the same time, it is compared to the the Classification Society for the design of the deck of the specifications, and a passenger ship as a case calculation for plate thickness design in practical situations, and the selection of welding method and calculation of throat will be checked。 Finally, the hull deck plate thickness design, the welding joints of the main points of the production design and the specification requirements could be summarized。
