同时,船厂在建造优质船舶时,也一定会考虑到利润问题。那么生产设计就是其 中一个非常重要的环节,是与实际生产结合的最紧密的一环。出色的生产设计方案可 以简化生产过程,避免生产过程中出现不必要的错误,井然有序地分工合作,从而缩 短生产周期,节约成本,制造利润。
本论文以 80500DWT 液散货船货舱底部 B26P/S 分段船体生产设计为例,结合液散 货船生产设计的现状与发展,考虑实际生产加工能力、生产流程,在详细设计的基础 上对 80500DWT 液散货船货舱底部 B26P/S 分段的生产设计作阐述,提出了具体的建 造方案,装配顺序,施工要领和精度管理方案。绘制了分段结构图、拼板图、吊马图 以及零件明细表。
