摘要随着我国模具行业的快速发展,多工位级进模以其独有的优势日益受到广泛的 关注。本次设计中,就以钣金件-电脑光驱盖子为例,通过对其进行尺寸的测绘,生 成零件模型,然后生成零件展开图。随后,对该钣金件进行工艺分析,最终确定工艺 方案。接着,再综合考虑种种相关因素,制定出相对科学合理的排样图。根据设计出 的排样图,大致确定出模具结构,进而设计出一副可以生产出指定零件的多工位级进 模。在此设计过程中,掌握了多工位级进模设计要点,为以后对多工位级进模的研究 打下了坚实的基础。79139
整个设计过程基于 UG 这款被模具行业广泛使用的 CAD/CAM/CAE 系统上进行, 完成钣金件的造型及展开、模具零部件的设计以及模拟装配、总装工程图的绘制等一 系列工作,最终掌握了运用 UG 软件进行模具设计的基本思路。

Abstract With the rapid development of China's mold industry,progressive die has been getting widespread attention for its unique advantage。 This design takes sheet metal part- computer CD-ROM cover for example, at first place,getting its 3D model by mapping its size, and then generating its unfolding drawing。The next step needs finishing the process analysis of the part to determinate the process scheme。Subsequently,considering various relevant factors,drafting a relatively scientific and reasonable layout drawing。According to the layout drawing which has been designed,the rough mold structure can be determined。Lastly, a set of progressive die that can produce the appointed product can be finally designed。During the whole design process,I deeply understand progressive die’s design process so that it helps me lay a solid foundation for the study of progressive die in the future。
The entire design process including getting sheet metal part model and its unfolding drawing,part’s designation and assembly,general assembly drawing is based on UG,a kind of CAD/CAM/CAE system which has been widely used。The conclusion is that CAD/CAE/CAM system greatly simplifies the mold design process,simultaneously, increases its accuracy。
