摘要随着医疗技术的进步和社会经济的迅速发展,我国人均寿命延长,人口老龄 化现象日趋严重,瘫痪老人和肢体行动障碍老人不断增加患者自身迫切希望早日 康复,也迫使全社会面对并解决他们的护理问题。而我国作为一个发展中国家, 目前并没有形成相适应的护理行业和康复训练系统,因此需要设计一套合适的护 理方案解决老人的护理困难并加快肢体康复。79142
本文针对肢体行动不便的老人设计出一种多功能护理床,可自动调节床面高 度以适应不同高度特征的使用者,并帮助使用者实现头部、上肢、下肢的康复训 练,主要包括以下内容:
1)根据设要求和设计原则,确定护理床的整体长度、宽度和高度,并分析 完成护理床床身升降机构机构、上肢屈肘机构、下肢曲腿机构的机构设计,完成 各机构驱动形式的选择和能源供给。
2)分别建立了床身升降机构机构、上肢屈肘机构、下肢曲腿机构的运动学 模型,对各机构进行运动学分析和参数设计,确定各杆件的材料、长度、转动角 度等参数,并通过矢量方程分析各杆件的速度、角速度、角加速度。
3)对护理床床架进行结构设计以及材料选择,对多功能护理床的上肢 屈肘 机构、下肢曲腿机构进行结构设计,用 SolidWorks 进行三维建模和护理床的整 体装配。

phenomenon, the elderly and paralyzed limb mobility impaired elderly patient's own growing eager speedy recovery, forcing the whole society to face and solve they care issues。 China, as a developing country, there is no formation of adapted care industry and rehabilitation systems, so the need to design an appropriate set of difficulties for the elderly nursing care solution to accelerate and physical rehabilitation。
Aiming limb mobility of the elderly to design a multi-function nursing bed, bed height can be adjusted automatically to suit the characteristics of users of different heights, and to help users achieve the rehabilitation of the head, upper limbs, lower limbs, including the following :
1)set up in accordance with the requirements and design principles to determine the overall nursing bed length, width and height, and the analysis is complete bed nursing bed lifting mechanism mechanism, upper elbow institutions, institutions designed to lower limbs curved legs institutions, agencies complete drive form selection and energy supply。
2)established bed lifting mechanism mechanism, upper body elbow, lower extremity kinematics model curved legs institutions, institutions of various kinematic analysis and design parameters to determine the material of each rod, length, rotation angle and other parameters, and analyzing the speeds of the rod member, angular velocity, angular acceleration by the vector equation。
3)bed nursing bed frame structural design and material selection, multi-function nursing bed upper limb elbow mechanism, lower limbs curved legs institutions design with SolidWorks three-dimensional modeling and care beds overall assembly。
