摘要玻镁板是一种用途广泛,能够替代木质板材的理想产品,其强度高,产品幅面大, 绿色环保,并且防水、防火、成本低廉,在今后的发展中需求量会越来越大,所以为 了满足市场的需要,其生产技术也要随着社会的进步而进步。原始的人工上板方式存 在诸多的缺点,生产效率低下、人工劳动强度大、安全保障不到位、耗工耗时、影响 企业发展等等,所以此种上板方式应该随着社会的发展逐渐被淘汰,而应该向着上板 方式的机械化、自动化和智能化方向发展。82344
本次设计的自动上板机构的工作原理是:利用可行性推手结构,将放于平稳升降 台上的板材一块一块的推入生产设备。其中推手结构选用液压控制,升降平台选用电 动缸控制,再包括一些传感器、行程开关等控制元件,共同组成自动上板机构的控制 部分。
本文首先对用到的技术进行简单的描述,然后根据控制系统的基本工作原理,对 推手部分采用的液压控制系统和升降平台采用的 PLC 控制系统进行了简单的设计,编 写了整个上板机构的控制系统程序,并对电动缸的运动进行了演示。

The principle of this design of the automatic raised board machine is that the board placed on a flat plate is delivered to next equipment of production piece and piece with the feasibility hand of the structure。 The hand is drove by the selection of hydraulic control and the lifting platform is drove by the selection of electric cylinder control。 In addition, the system of control of the automatic upper plate mechanism is also include some sensors, travel switches and other control components。
Firstly, this article simply describes the technology and knowledge used in the text。 Then, it has a simple design for the hand of hydraulic control system and the lifting platform using PLC control system。 Finally, it compiles the system control program of the entire upper mechanism and demonstrates the movement of electric cylinder。
