摘要在现代工业社会迅猛发展的今天,钣金件在家用电器、汽车制造、通信设备、 交通设施、新能源和电力等行业使用的也越来越广泛。在本次毕业设计中,首先 以电脑机箱光驱底盖钣金件为设计研究对象,然后通过计算机辅助设计软件的三 维立体造型以及工程制图功能来实现零件的造型设计以及与之相对应的级进模 模具的整体结构设计。在现如今众多的计算机辅助设计软件中,UG NX8。0 软件 中的“NX 钣金”模块能更加全面、方便、专业的进行钣金件的三维造型以及模 具整体结构的设计。82591
本次毕业设计运用 UG NX8。0 软件进行钣金零件的三维造型,然后根据零件 的工艺特征来制作与之相关的级进模具。具体是通过对该钣金件进行全面的工艺 分析,来安排级进模的工位,从而确定工件的排样方式,其次对成形力,凸、凹 模刃口尺寸等进行计算,然后对凹模、凸模、卸料板、凸模固定板等各零部件进 行设计,最后对该模具的三维实体结构进行装配,同时对总装配图的二维工程图 的进行绘制,最终修改并完善分析过程,进而完成本次毕业设计中的全部内容。

The graduation design system describes how to use NX8。0 UG software components of the three-dimensional modeling, and then according to the characteristics of the parts to produce the relevant progressive die。 Concrete is through the comprehensive analysis of the technology of the sheet metal pieces, to arrange the progressive die station to determine the workpiece layout, secondly on the forming force, convex, concave die cutting edge size is calculated, then to die, punch, stripper plate, punch plate and other parts are designed。 Finally, the mold 3D structure assembly, and to the assembly of 2D engineering drawing drawing, eventually to modify and improve the analysis process, and then complete the the graduation design of all content。
