摘要多功能粉碎机是通过刀具回转,物料进入粉碎室在流体流动的阻力下导致物料的运 动速度比刀齿尖端速度快,获得一定速度的物料在与网筛进行碰撞、摩擦、挤压等作用 下形成的直径为 0。1~2mm 的微小粒子的过程。部分小型微粒在动齿盘高速旋转形成的风 压下通过网筛进入收集室,较大的颗粒留在筛片内继续受冲击、碰撞、摩擦,直到粒径 小于网筛直径为止。本课题在分析不同物料的结构特性基础上,利用不同刀具将不同属 性的物料粉碎成不同径粒大小,实现多功能粉碎机的处理方案。粉碎机的多功能性体现 在更换刀具将同不同物料粉碎成不同径粒大小。82770
1。 通过查阅资料分析研究,了解粉碎机的工作原理,分析不同粉碎机的优缺点, 对粉碎机进行方案设计和结构设计,粉碎机的入料口、粉碎室、刀具、支架、齿盘等结 构进行设计,使其满足设计要求。
2。 设计粉碎机的传动装置进行,粉碎机主要通过电动机传动功率和转矩,带轮带 动主轴旋转,从而使刀具进行旋转。轴的设计要满足强度和刚度要求,带轮及皮带设计 合理,传动比适中。
3。 粉碎机刀具是执行件,刀具安装在动齿盘上。齿爪式刀具和定齿盘配合对物料 进行粉碎,动齿盘尺寸、刀具设计、定齿盘尺寸合理,粉碎物料粒度能够满足要求。
4。 进行标准件的选择,对于粉碎室及机架进行尺寸设计,具有一定的生产率,节 省材料,并且能够满足安装简便,维修更换零件简单易行,并且工作噪声小等要求。

Abstract Through the tool rotate in multifunction grinder, the material’s speed is higher than the tip cutting tooth speed by the fluid flow resistance of the material movement in the crushing chamber。 Big particles with a certain velocity, impact with classification screen,and get into 0。1~2mm particles。 Under the wind pressure, the size of particles is smaller than through the mesh, then enter into the collection room; larger particles continue to impact with the wall of the grinder, until the particle size is smaller than the mesh diameter。 Main task of this paper is
to study the structural properties of different materials, such as corn, wheat, herbs and so on。 Processing scheme is that material crushed into different particle size by using of different cutting tools。
1。Access to analysis and research the data, understand the working principle of the mill, analysis the advantages and disadvantages of different mill, design scheme and structure design of the grinder, crusher feeding port, crushing chamber, a cutter, a bracket, a tooth disk and structure design, which meet the design requirements。
2。According to designing the driving device of the mill, the mill is mainly drive the spindle rotation with the motor drive power and torque。 Axis is in need of the strength and stiffness requirements, so belt pulley and belt should be designed reasonable。
3。The cutting tool is mounted on the moving gear wheel。 The tooth claw type cutter and the fixed gear disk are matched to be crushed with the material, the size of the movable tooth plate, the cutter design, the size of the fixed gear plate are reasonable, and the size of the crushing material can meet the requirements。
4。For standard parts selecting, for crushing chamber and a frame size of design, with certain productivity。 Material saving can meet the easy installation, maintenance and parts are simple and small working noise requirements。
