摘要作为车辆悬架结构当中的重要部件之一,空气弹簧为人们在驾乘的过程中提供一个可用行程,在此行程内,车轮的颠簸不会转送给悬架或驾驶人。因此当车轮在路面上颠簸时,车体及座椅几乎不会振动,增强了车辆的平顺性,安全系数及舒适度。能否合理设计方案及计算参数,使之能够得到预期的性能将会直接影响到车辆行驶的平稳性以及驾驶人员的安全性和舒适性。
随着汽车行业的不断发展,人们对空气弹簧的研制开发工作投入了更多的力量和资金,空气弹簧也在不断发展,被广泛运用于汽车及其他机械产品的机械制造中。83012
本文主要设计了一种新型的四档容积可调式空气弹簧,从设计思路开始到设计方案确定以及根据所计算的参数进行实用性方案的绘制。再将四档情况下的弹簧特性进行比较,然后运用ABAQUS进行静力学分析,确定可行性。最后运用SOLIDERWORKS建模并进行重组装配。

Abstract As a important component in vehicle suspension,air spring provides a available travel for people in the process of driving。On this travel,the vibration of the wheel does not transfer to suspension or chair。So when the wheel bumps on the road, the car body and seat almost does not vibrate。, which can improve the vehicle ride comfort, safety and amenity。 Whether the reasonable design scheme and calculation parameters can be obtained, and the expected performance will directly affect the safety and comfort of the first class driver。
With the development of automobile industry, people devote a lot power and capital to research about air spring。 Also air spring is in a continuous development, which is widely used as mechanical manufacturing of automobile and other mechanical products。
In this paper, we design a new type of air spring with adjustable system of four gears。from the design ideas to the design of the program,i try my best。Then i draw the practical scheme according to the parameters which i have calculated 。 Then the four gear case of the spring characteristics are compared。 What’s more , using ABAQUS to carry out the static analysis, determining the feasibility。At last,i use the 3D modeling software to model and fit in a virtual way。
