摘要本文主要论述了连接支架的多工位级进模设计过程及其设计要点。本文从零件的 形状结构、尺寸、精度、材料等方面对连接支架进行了成形性分析，完成了相关工艺 计算，确定了排样方案；简述了连接支架的多工位级进模的组成及模具的动作过程； 详细介绍了成形零部件的类型及其固定方式，以侧刃粗定位和导正销精定位相结合的 定距装置，由卸料螺钉、弹性元件和卸料板组成的弹压卸料装置，以导料板和浮顶器 为主要组成的浮空送料、托料装置，以螺柱和垫柱压紧凸模尾部而方便细小凸模更换 的快换机构，导柱和导套相配合的导向装置，以及固定板、垫板、模板、模柄、螺钉 和销钉等固定与紧固零件的设计与选用。83522

Abstract This paper mainly discusses the design process and design points of multi station progressive die for connecting bracket。 From the shape of the structure, the size of parts, precision, material and other aspects of the forming analysis of bracket, completed the process calculation, determined the layout scheme; the action process of multi position of the connecting bracket into the mold components and mold; introduces the types of forming parts and its fixed way。 The side edge of the coarse positioning and  fine positioning guide pin combination spacing device, the discharging screw, the elastic element and the elastic unloading board unloading device, the guide plate and the floating roof is mainly composed of floating feeding, feeding device, quick changing mechanism to stud pad and column press punch tail pin punch and convenient replacement, guide pillar and matched with the guide sleeve, and the fixed plate, plate, template, shank, design and selection of screws and pins fixed with fastening parts。
