摘 要：随着中国经济的快速发展，小微企业的发展势头十分迅猛，在国民经济中起着不可或缺的作用。但是这些小微企业基本上都是民生服务类的企业，发展不是很好，由于宏观经济发展的影响，这些小微企业的运营成本逐渐提高，而营业额的提升不是很显著，从而导致小微企业的利润率下降。同时，小微企业由于自身规模、人员、资本等因素的约束，在这个激烈的经济市场竞争中存在着持续经营的阻碍，它们亟需一些相关的扶持政策，特别是在税收优惠方面的支持。本文以云南省为例，通过现行税收政策针对小微企业的扶持现状分析，从而寻找其中的问题，进一步的在此基础上寻求一些支持小微企业更好更快发展的税收政策的建议。60857

Abstract: With the development of our economy, micro enterprise vigorous development trend is very rapidly. Micro enterprise has become one of the important parts of national economy. But most of them are Livelihood or Service Corporations, and they do not develop as well as expected. Their ratio of profit will be decreased due to some reasons, such as effected of macroeconomic, increased of operation cost, unapparent increase of turnover, and so on. And meanwhile, there are many obstacles that the restriction of size, human resource and fund to prevent them developing well. So, to promote the micro businesses developing, it's necessary to stipulate supportive policy, especially in tax preference. In Yunnan province as an example in this paper, some existing problems will be founded by analyzing the situation of currently tax policy, and under this base, some suggestions will be given to promote the micro business developing better and faster.
