摘 要：家族企业是企业中较为特殊的存在，在国民经济中发挥的作用也越来越大。家族企业的管理模式与其他企业不尽相同，创业初期的融资便利与后期的管理秩序欠缺等等，可谓利弊共存。本文首先简要阐述了家族企业财务管理利弊分析的研究背景与意义，接着结合张轩松家族企业与坦齐家族企业的财务管理状况分析了家族企业财务管理存在的利弊点，最后对家族企业财务管理新模式进行探究，希望能对我国家族企业的可持续发展有所帮助。69746

Abstract：Family business is a special existence in the enterprise, and it has more and more influences in the national economy. The management model is different between family business and other companies,family business has its advantage in financing facilities in the early stage and lacks of order in the late management ,etc, so family business can be described as pros and cons of coexistence. This paper briefly describes the research background and significance of the analysis of the pros and cons of family business financial management, then combining the ZhangXuansong family business and the Tench family business financial management situation, analyses the advantages and disadvantages about the family business financial management.Finally,I explore the new model of family business financial management, hoping for a little help in the sustainable development of family business in our country.
