摘  要：近年来，随着社会经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高，我国的旅游业得到了迅猛发展，已经成为国民经济的重要增长点，具有相当大的发展空间和潜力。当前，我国旅游业收入主要是通过旅游企业获得的，旅游企业肩负着发展旅游业和推动旅游经济的重大责任。但目前在旅游企业的财务管理中还存在着一些问题，如果得不到及时有效解决，对旅游业的健康发展是极为不利的。因此，为了满足旅游企业不断发展的需要，促进旅游企业的健康发展，必须加强其财务管理。先对我国旅游企业进行SWOT分析，再结合具体旅游企业财务报表进行资产负债表分析，意识到企业内外部现状面临的问题的严峻性，从而得出财务管理对旅游企业的必要性的结论。70865

Abstract：In recent years, with the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards, China's tourism has been developing rapidly, and has become an important growth point of the national economy. At present, China's tourism income is mainly through the tourism enterprises, tourism enterprises shoulder the important responsibility for the development of tourism and tourism economy. But there are still some problems in the financial management of tourism enterprises, if it is not solved in time, it is very disadvantageous to the healthy development of the tourism industry. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of the continuous development of tourism enterprises, and to promote the healthy development of tourism enterprises, we must strengthen its financial management. SWOT analysis of the tourism enterprises in China, and then combined with the specific financial statements of the tourism enterprises in the balance sheet analysis, aware of the internal and external situation facing the problem of the grim, thus come to a conclusion that financial management is a necessity of tourism enterprises.

1  引言

1.1  研究背景

旅游企业是指涉及食、住、行、游、购、娱等多个行业，并专门为旅游者提供导游、咨询、交通、住宿等服务，借以取得旅游收入的经营性组织。随着我国社会经济的不断进步，旅游市场在日益扩大的同时，其竞争也更加激烈，特别是我国旅游企业还未完成系统专业分工的情况下，极大的加深了我国旅游企业的运营风险。因此，在微利时代的大背景下，旅游企业更应该加强自身财务管理。财务管理是旅游企业经营活动中的重要组成部分。加强旅游企业的财务管理对提高其经济效益具有重要意义。当前，旅游企业财务管理工作中存在的问题，主要体现在旅游企业的资金管理不善，旅游企业对应收账款的管理不到位，存在大量超计划支出，旅游企业内部缺乏有效的激励与约束机制，财务管理技术手段落后等方面。论文网
