摘 要：利润是每个企业的重要财务指标，利润分配涉及到每个公司的成员和股东，利润 分配同样影响着公司的发展和经营状况，所以对利润分配的管理显得相当重要。本文从利 润分配的制约因素、股利支付形式与程序等方面对利润分配管理进行了简要分析。并以吉 利汽车公司为例，解剖其发展经营的状况，比较详细的探析了他在各个阶段实行的利润分 配管理方法，找出他的不足和缺陷，探索其发展可能遇到的问题，尝试着提出解决办法， 帮助其度过企业难关。最终，提炼总结出利润分配管理的重要性和巨大作用，完善利润分 配管理的策略与方法。71752
