校企合作课程绩效评价研究
摘要：校企合作人才培养模式是高校企业共同培养人才教学模式，这种模式可以更好地培养学生的综合能力，缩小校园与职场之间的跨度，培养出适合现代企业用人的需求，且更易于直接融入社会的人才。如何让校企合作的效果更好地体现出来，是各高校目前必须研究的首要问题。校企合作的绩效评价研究是探索校企合作是否取得成效的一个重要环节，从培养的学生能否适应社会的需求、企业的需求的角度出发来衡量、考察显然是个更有效的办法。74976
本文主要针对校企合作课程的绩效评价展开研究，以学生为主体，问卷为数据采集方式，运用了层次分析法和模糊综合评价法设计校企合作课程绩效评价模型，并以本校为实例进行了案例分析，对现有的绩效评价模型进行补充并提供新的思路。

Research on performance evaluation of School-enterprise cooperation
Abstract:School-enterprise cooperation talent training mode is that the universities and enterprises jointly cultivate students。This model can improve the students' overall ability, reduce the span between the campus and the workplace, and meet the demand of the current enterprises。How to make the effect of school-enterprise cooperation better reflected is the primary problem that the university must study。The research on performance evaluation of School-enterprise cooperation is an important part to explore whether school-enterprise cooperation is useful on whether students can adapt to the needs of society and the needs of enterprises。
This paper aims at the performance evaluation of the school-enterprise cooperation curriculum。 And it takes the students as the main body and the questionnaire as the data acquisition way。 Besides, it uses the AHP and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to design the model and takes my school as a Case to analysis。 It's a supplement and a new idea to the existing performance evaluation model。
