摘  要：现金流量表反映了在企业的生产经营与管理的过程中,通过对企业的现金流入及流出状况分析,从而得知企业的现金运转情况,同时能够反映出企业在经营、投资以及筹资活动中所产生的现金流量的动态变化。其中，现金及现金流量的变化甚至影响到企业未来的生存与发展。我们可以通过对现金流量表的分析与研究，了解与掌握企业的财务状况，从而能够更好的实现企业经营管理与发展。本文拟通过利用爱仕达电器公司近几年的现金流量表，对该公司的现金流量结构采取纵向分析法、横向分析法及结构分析法等方法来进行分析研究，以此来找出该企业在经营管理过程中可能存在的问题，并依此来寻找出可以解决问题的方法与措施以实现企业更好的发展。80513

Abstract：Cash flow statement reflects the process of the production and operation and management of enterprises。 Through the analysis on firm's cash inflows and outflows situation ,it can be seen that how the cash runs。 At the same time, from the cash fiow statement, dynamic changes on operation, inwest and financial activities show more clearly。 Among then, the change of cash and cash flow even affect the future survival and development of enterprises。 We can study and analysis of the cash flow statement, understand and master the financial position, which can achieve better business management and development。 This paper by using the cash fiow statement of AST Electric Company in recent years, and the company's cash flow structure to study and analyze。 Which takes horizontal analysis and other methods, This paper can identify the potential probiems in the operation。 Several solutions can be take to achieve a better development of enterprises。

1  引言

现金流量表作为企业财务报告组成最重要的三大报表之一，可以直观地反应出企业现金的流入流出及其变动情况，与传统的财务变动表相对比，现金流量表具有更加直观，更加准确，更具可比性等特点。而且现金流量表的可比性可以作用于任何经营方式的企业。
