摘 要:采用不同强度的紫外辐射处理蚕豆种子的主根及其侧根,研究其不同强度的紫外辐射对蚕豆种子的主根和侧根根尖细胞外表皮颜色、主根和侧根根尖有丝分裂指数、主根和侧根根尖细胞染色体畸变率、主根和侧根根尖细胞细胞微核率、侧根细胞根系活力等的影响。结果显示,在蚕豆培养其他条件一致的情况下,随着紫外辐射处理时间的延长,无论是主根还是侧根,根部外表皮颜色都明显发黑甚至有烂根现象,根尖的染色体畸变率、细胞微核率都随着辐射时间的延长而变大,而主侧根的有丝分裂指数和侧根根系活力却随着紫外辐射时间的延长而减弱;所以在蚕豆种子培养条件一致的前提下,紫外辐射强度与蚕豆主侧根根尖细胞的染色体畸变率、细胞微核率成正比,与蚕豆主侧根的有丝分裂指数和侧根根系活力成反比。上述分析说明,与对照组相比,不同强度的紫外辐射对蚕豆主侧根根尖细胞根尖的有丝分裂指数、染色体畸变率、细胞微核率、根尖外表皮颜色以及侧根根系活力均有不同程度的影响。85024
