摘要:随着纳米技术的快速发展,各类人工纳米材料不可避免地被释放到环境中来,其对生态系统的毒理学影响日渐成为一个富有争议的研究领域。本实验研究了氧化石墨烯对油菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,设定三个不同的氧化石墨烯浓度梯度来培养油菜种子,从其种子发芽率及其幼苗根长、茎长和根冠比几个方面来分析氧化石墨烯对油菜的影响,结果发现氧化石墨烯对油菜种子萌发存在一定的促进作用,且浓度较高,促进作用较明显;低浓度的氧化石墨烯对油菜幼苗形态的影响较不明显,而在高浓度情况下,氧化石墨烯对油菜幼苗形态建成有一定抑制作用,且浓度越高抑制作用越强。92928

Abstract:With the rapid development of nanotechnology, all kinds of artificial nanomaterials are inevitably released into the environment, and its toxicological effects on ecosystems are becoming a controversial researching field。 In this study, the effects of graphene on the seed germination and seedling growth of rapeseed were studied。 Three different graphene gravimetric gradients were used to culture rapeseed seeds。 The effect of graphene on the rapeseed was studied by analysing the seed germination rate, seedling root length, stem length and root 。 The results showed that the graphene oxide had a certain effect on the seed germination of rapeseed, and the concentration was higher, and the promoting effect was more obvious。 The effect of low concentration of graphene on the seedling And at high concentration, the graphene oxide had a certain inhibitory effect on the seedling morphology of rapeseed seedlings, and the higher the concentration was, the stronger the inhibitory effect was。
