摘要本文探究了漆酶(Laccase)和氯化血红素(Hematin chloride)在一定条件下催化合成聚苯胺的过程和机理。首先对两种催化剂酶的理化性质及功能进行了调查和研究,随后分别利用两种催化剂酶进行实验研究。在实验过程中改变催化合成聚苯胺的条件(缓冲溶液pH、H2O2浓度、催化剂酶的用量)从而制得不同制备条件下的产物,并对其进行对偶氮染料甲基橙溶液的吸附实验,由此获得两种酶催化合成聚苯胺的最佳条件。此外还对聚苯胺进行了初步表征以进一步了解其性质。 另外还进行了溶液 pH对聚苯胺吸附效率影响的实验。 27382 毕业论文关键词 聚苯胺 氯化血红素 漆酶 吸附
Title Primary Study on Biological Catalytic Synthesis of Aniline in Water
Abstract The article explored the the process and mechanism of laccase and Hematin chloride catalytic synthesis of polyaniline under certain condition. The physical and chemical properties and function of the two enzymes has carried on the investigation and research, then conducted an experiment respectively by using two kinds of enzyme catalysts. Change two enzymes conditions (pH of the buffer solution, concentration of hydrogen peroxide, amount of enzyme) of catalytic synthesis of polyaniline in the process of experiment and products were prepared under different preparation conditions, then conducted the adsorption experiments of methyl orange solution and tested the efficiency of polyaniline by the degree of the change of absorbance to obtain two kinds of enzyme catalysis optimum condition for synthesis of polyaniline. To explore the physical and chemical properties and test results of preparation, this experiment also language of two kinds of enzyme synthesis of polyaniline were characterized.
