摘要:该实验以“中黄57、中黄43、庆丰一号”大豆为材料,通过水培[6]和土培试验,研究不同浓度双酚A对豆科作物幼苗根系活力生理指标的影响[11]。结果表明:不同的豆科作物,不同的栽培方式受BPA的影响不同,所测指标的结果也有所差别,有的指标随BPA浓度的增加而呈现正相关,有的呈现负相关,还有的两种趋势都出现。在同一品种的同一栽培方式中,所测指标(根长、根鲜重、根系活力)的趋势大致相同,说明BPA对同一品种的根生长影响较大。表明幼苗各项指标受BPA的影响作用明显。28535 毕业论文关键词:双酚A;豆科作物;根系活力;TTC;
Bisphenol A seedling root activity of leguminous crops
Abstract:In the experiment of soybean in yellow 57, yellow 43, Qingfeng 1 as material, throughhydroponic and pot experiments, effects of different concentration of bisphenol A on root vigor of seedling physiological indexes of leguminous crops. The results showed that different leguminous crops, different cultivation methods are influenced by BPA, measured by the results are somewhat different, some indicators with the increase of BPA concentration and showed positive correlation, some negative correlation, there are two trends. In the same cultivation of the same species, the measuring indexes (Gen Chang,root fresh weight, root vigor) trend roughly the same, indicating greater effect of BPA onthe same variety of root growth. Show that all indexes of seedlings under the influence of BPA.
