摘要:本次研究以抗感病棉花种子为材料研究大丽轮枝(VD-toxins)侵染早期抗感病棉花的品种微管骨架的变化规律。近年来,细胞骨架在植物抗病性方面的作用逐渐被揭示,细胞骨架与细胞质聚集和乳突形成、活性氧( H2O2) 积累,还有过敏性坏死反应( hypersensitiveresponse,HR) 发生等一系列抗病性反应密切相关[1]。所以,本实验的目的是研究黄萎病侵染早期抗感病品种根部外皮层细胞微管的变化,为进一步研究胞骨架与棉花抗病性的关联性打下基础。28534 毕业论文关键词: 棉花种子;细胞骨架; 微管骨架;大丽轮枝菌毒素
Varieties Under Sense of Resistance To Verticillium Wilt of Cotton Verticillium Wilt Fungus in Fection Microtubules Variation Analysis
Abstract: The study materials for disease resistant cotton seed dahlia wheel branch (VD - toxins) of early infection disease resistant cotton variety microtubules skeleton. Recently the function of cytoskeleton has been realized gradually in the aspect of plant disease resistance. Cytoskeleton and the cytoplasm gathered, Mastoid form, and accumulation of H2O2, and hypersensitive response take place is closely related with a series of disease resistance reaction. So in this study, we observe Verticillium wilt infected and anti-infection of early of Infected cotton of roots of outside surface of microtubules dynamics regular of change, that make a foundation for further research relevance between cytoskeleton and cotton disease resistance.
